SERVICES
Commercial service
Premier Aquatics is dedicated to delivering top-tier service with fast, direct communication from our leadership team to ensure everything runs smoothly from the start. We provide a full range of commercial services—from management and staffing to repairs and renovations—along with added benefits that make working with us easier and more enjoyable. We value long-term partnerships and strive to understand our clients’ needs, often anticipating them before a request is even made.
Swimming
Pool Opening
Service includes system setup, leak check, heater test, brushing & 20-min vacuum. Includes 10 lbs of shock (extra $5/lb). Salt not included. Pools usually not swim-ready after opening. Optional follow-up cleaning (1–3 days later) for $125 + chemicals (for non-weekly service clients).
Swimming Pool Winterization
Service includes removing ladders and handrails, adding winter chemicals (we use only the strongerst algaecide!), lower water level 12″ to 18″ for mesh covers and 4″ for solid and tarp covers, using air compressor blow out all lines and plug, turn off all breakers, turn off gas line to heater, discuss any repairs needed with Owner.
Weekly Service Package
Service includes pool opening, pool winterization, and weekly pool service for 15 weeks (additional services available at a cost of $125.00 per week). Weekly pool chemiclas and salt are not inlcuded in cost.
Drain and Acid Clean of Home Pool
Service includes drain and acid clean of residential pool up to 35,000 gallons and system start up. Owner to monitor water fill and contact Premier Aquatics when pool is full. Water cost is not included in cost.

Premier Aquatics is pleased to offer pool management services to residential customers. We understand that owning a pool is a responsibility and are proud to be there to support our customers in the care and maintenance of their private facility. We offer the range of services needed by any pool owner from opening & closing to weekly maintenance & complete renovations.

Maintenance service
Regular maintenance is an essential part of protecting your pool. Premier Aquatics offers a wide range of maintenance services to both our commercial and residential customers. These services include:
For Pool Operation
- Filter systems—remove old system (pump, filter, pipe and valves) and replace with new, updated system
- Installation of pool/spa heaters
- Add chemicals—chlorine tablets, muriatic acid, bromine tablets, algaecide, anti-stain treatment and others as needed
- Use the full range of equipment (chemical test kits, vacuum heads, vacuum hose, poles, brushes, etc.) to ensure clean water
- Provide leak detection inspections
- Remove, replace, & install skimmers
- Install dual main drains to prevent entrapment
- Install and repair automatic pool cleaners
For Our Customers
- Provide weekly winter service to care for commercial pools year round

Renovation & repair
Pool renovation and repair goes beyond the basic maintenance tasks that need to be performed on a regular basis. In renovation and repair jobs, Premier Aquatics tackles the problems and challenges of owning a pool.
These may include adding new surroundings to enhance the beauty of your pool or it may include adding features that will make the pool safer for all.
For Safety’s Sake
- Custom fit pool and spa covers
- Install baby-loc fencing
- Install Dri-Dek floor matting in bathrooms, pool areas and other places that require non-skid surfaces when wet
For Decoration
- Whitecoat/Pebble Tec—new plaster resurfacing of swimming pools and spas
- Remove and replace coping stones, waterline tile, and caulk
- Drain and acid clean swimming pools and spas
Basic Repairs
- Repair pumps, motors, filters and heaters
- Repair any of the pool functions that impair proper operation and use of the pool
During Renovation
- Remove or replace equipment, including structural changes
- Remove and replace the skimmer, main drain, returns, and vacuum lines
- Remove and replace concrete decking
- Remove and replace tile, coping and caulk
- Remove and replace skimmers
- Install automatic pool cleaners
Maintaining a safe and well functioning pool means year round care. We don’t stop working on your pool when the swimming season is over.
Since the majority of damage to a pool occurs during the off season, we believe in providing the best year round care available. We also believe in checking our work to ensure quality results.
