Below you’ll find the key details of our 2025 Work & Travel job offer.
Wage
Starting at $14.00 per hour. Competitive hourly pay with opportunities to earn additional income through overtime hours worked throughout the season.
Hours
Average of 45–55 hours per week. Most participants work a combination of regular and overtime hours, creating strong earning potential throughout the summer.
Overtime
1.5× your regular hourly rate. All hours worked beyond 40 hours in a workweek are paid at the applicable overtime rate in accordance with U.S. labor laws.
Bonus
Up to $1,250 in bonuses. Arrival and end-of-season bonuses may be available for participants who successfully complete all program requirements.
Housing
$2,000 for the summer season. Furnished housing is arranged by Premier Aquatics and designed to provide convenient access to your assigned work location.
Training
$250 ($150 refundable). Professional lifeguard certification training is organized in selected countries and prepares participants for success before arriving in the United States.
