Where It All Began
Premier Aquatics was founded by Jeff Gromada, whose passion for aquatics began as a teenage lifeguard. Through dedication, hard work, and years of hands-on experience, he advanced from lifeguard to pool manager and area supervisor. Inspired by his love for aquatic safety and leadership, Jeff chose to build a company focused on service, professionalism, and lasting community impact.

In 1998, Jeff established Premier Enterprises, Inc. with a clear mission: to create a pool management company where client relationships, employee development, and operational excellence come first. By combining industry expertise with a hands-on management approach, Premier Aquatics quickly earned a reputation for reliability, accountability, and exceptional service.
