Apply Through an Authorized Work & Travel Agency
Submit your application through a local agency in your home country that partners with Premier Aquatics.

Attend an Interview With Premier Aquatics
Meet with our team during an in-person or virtual interview and learn more about available opportunities. This is your chance to ask any questions about the program.

Receive Access to AquaNet

Attend Your Pre-Departure Orientation
We'll notify you when orientation sessions are available in your country Attendance is required for all participants.

Obtain a J-1 visa and book your flight to the USA.
Complete your visa process and make travel arrangements for your arrival in the United States.

Arrive in the United States
A Premier Aquatics representative will meet you at the airport and assist with your arrival and transportation.

Move Into Your Housing
Settle into your furnished housing and get familiar with your new community before starting work.

Complete Lifeguard Training and Orientation
Finish all required training, certifications, and onboarding activities before reporting to your assigned facility.
