Premier Aquatics is looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for every guest. • At least 15 years of age
• Current Lifeguarding Certification (or enroll in our American Red Cross training program)
• Pool Operator License

Whether you’re earning your first certification or expanding your qualifications, our training programs provide the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to work safely and confidently.

How much will I earn?

Premier Aquatics offers competitive pay based on position, certifications, experience, and responsibilities. Additional earning opportunities may be available through leadership roles, certifications, and performance-based incentives.

Premier Aquatics manages pools throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Team members are assigned to facilities based on operational needs and location availability.

We do our best to place employees at locations that are convenient for them. While specific placement cannot be guaranteed, we carefully consider your location, transportation options, and staffing needs when making assignments.

Premier Aquatics believes in recognizing hard work and dedication. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, leadership, and professionalism may be considered for pay increases, additional responsibilities, and advancement opportunities throughout the season.

Are bonuses or incentives available?

Yes. Premier Aquatics offers various incentive programs throughout the season. Opportunities may include performance-based rewards, referral bonuses, leadership incentives, and recognition programs for outstanding team members.

We understand that summer schedules can include planned vacations and family events. We ask employees to communicate any scheduling conflicts as early as possible so we can plan accordingly and minimize disruptions.

Your health and safety are important to us. If you are unable to work, notify your supervisor as soon as possible so arrangements can be made to ensure adequate staffing and pool coverage.

No. Previous experience is not required. Premier Aquatics offers training and certification opportunities for qualified applicants. We look for motivated, responsible individuals who are eager to learn and committed to safety.
