We stay small by choice to prioritize quality. The owner is involved daily, ensuring the team is up to date with the latest industry practices.

Low Supervisor-to-Pool Ratio
Each supervisor manages no more than eight pools, allowing for better oversight and personal attention to each location.

Trained Staff and Substitution Policy
Substitutes are met onsite before shifts to ensure preparedness. All staff are certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and Pool Operation.

Our Story
A Legacy of Excellence
In 2022, Premier Aquatics proudly celebrated 24 years in business. Since our founding in 1998, we’ve remained dedicated to delivering the highest level of pool management, maintenance, and safety services. This milestone reflects our passion for quality and our long-standing relationships with clients who trust us year after year.
Where It All Began
Our story starts with Jeff Gromada, who discovered his passion for aquatics as a teenage lifeguard. Through high school and college, he worked his way up to pool manager and area supervisor. After earning his degree, Jeff turned down other career opportunities—choosing instead to follow his love for water, safety, and discipline.
Building Premier Aquatics
In 1998, Jeff founded Premier Enterprises, Inc., with a clear vision: to create a pool company where hands-on leadership, high standards, and customer care come first. What started as a personal mission has grown into a trusted business that serves pools across the region with a strong focus on reliability and service quality.
Dedication Beyond Summer
While most people associate pools with summer fun, our team works year-round to ensure every pool is ready when the season begins. From winter maintenance to planning and training, we never stop. It’s a common question—“What do you do in the winter?”—and the answer is simple: we keep working, so you can keep enjoying.
